Departmental Instructor Meetings
Departmental instructor meetings are conducted by the Chair. Normally the Dean of Academic Affairs participates in a discussion of school wide issues at least once a year in each department. Regular Department business, including curriculum and planning discussions, departmental exhibition policies and other related matters are typically on the agenda of the departmental meetings.

While Chairs and Deans understand the heavy professional demands made on Parsons faculty members outside the School, faculty members are expected to attend these important meetings and keep themselves informed of developments that arise within the department, school and university.
